Knee Ligament Strain Rehab Moves

Rehabilitation exercises for knee ligament strain include knee mobility training, straight leg raise, hamstring resistance contraction exercises, weight-bearing training, standing training on balance board, walking training and so on.
1. Knee joint mobility training: including flexion and extension direction, later can increase the rotational activities. Gradually increase the range of motion of the joint.
2. Straight leg raising: the patient lies supine, the lower limb of the affected side is straightened, gradually lifted off the bed and then slowly lowered. Appropriate resistance can be given at a later stage to enhance the muscle strength of the lower limbs.
3. Hamstring resistance contraction exercise: the patient lies prone, the lower limb is straightened, and appropriate resistance is given at the distal end of the lower limb to make the patient resist knee flexion.
4. Weight-bearing training: the patient, with the assistance of walking aids and other aids, performs weight transfer training in the front and back, left and right directions.
5. Standing on balance board: patients stand on the balance board and maintain the posture. Gradually from standing on both feet to standing on one foot, alternating standing. In order to enhance the balance of the lower limbs and improve proprioception.
6. Walking training: patients can walk in different environments such as indoor and water.
Patients with knee ligament injury should seek medical treatment in time, and carry out scientific training under the guidance of rehabilitation doctors or therapists, and do not train blindly on your own, so as to avoid adverse consequences.
