Yang deficiency with phlegm-dampness can be taken with Chinese medicines such as Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pills and Pian Zi Li Zhong Wan.
1. Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill: It is mainly composed of Chinese medicines such as yam, poria, ze diarrhea, aconite, psyllium, dixie, cornelian cherry, mudanpi, gui zhi, and hyssop, etc. It has the efficacy of warming and tonifying the kidney yang, transforming qi to move water (to promote the movement of gas, thus promoting the movement of water and liquid), and it can be used for the treatment of kidney deficiency with oedema, dysuria, soreness of the lower back and knees, and fear of cold and cold limbs.
2. Radix Rehmanniae Pill: mainly composed of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparatae, it has the efficacy of warming the middle part of the body and strengthening the spleen, and it can be used for the treatment of cold and loose stools caused by deficiency of the Yang of the spleen and kidney, as well as cold pains in the epigastric region.
