How long can you live with testicular cancer?

Testicular cancer belongs to one of the common tumors of the male reproductive system and is mainly divided into germ cell tumors, non-germ cell tumors and secondary tumors of the testis. The most common symptoms are progressive, painless enlargement of the testicles with a heavy sensation and swelling and hardening of the testicles. The survival cycle is between about six months and several years. The survival period of testicular cancer patients is closely related to the specific pathological type of testicular cancer, the time of detection, the treatment method and the presence of metastasis. There is no specific time for the survival of patients with advanced testicular cancer, but it is necessary to make a preliminary judgment based on the patient’s specific condition. If testicular cancer is found late and metastasis has occurred locally or in the pelvis, most patients can survive for half a year to one year after regular treatment, and some patients can even survive for 3-5 years. As mentioned above, the survival time of testicular cancer patients is closely related to the specific pathological type of testicular cancer, the time of detection, the treatment method and the presence of metastasis, etc., which need to be combined with specific circumstances to make a preliminary judgment.
