What is orchitis

Testicular inflammation refers to the inflammation of the testicles. Most of the testicular inflammation occurs due to the spread of infection from the neighboring areas such as epididymitis to the testicles, because the testicles have a rich lymphatic fluid supply and blood circulation, so the testicles are more resistant to microbial infections such as bacteria and viruses, so it is mostly formed secondary to epididymitis. The testicular inflammation is clinically divided into mumps testicular inflammation and acute septic testicular inflammation, of which acute septic testicular inflammation is more common. Of course, there are many other causes of testicular inflammation, such as tumor compression, injury, and infection by other pathogenic bacteria, such as mycobacteria, spirochetes, and parasitic infections. If the infection is severe, there will be systemic symptoms, such as high fever and chills, and it is possible for the testicles to become septic. If you suspect orchitis, you should be examined to determine, such as local examination, the doctor can touch, or pathological examination, as well as blood tests, ultrasound examinations, etc., and other relevant tests, such as CT examinations, MRI, etc., if necessary. The actual testicular inflammation is actively hospitalized, and the cause of the disease can be clarified by perfecting the relevant examination, and then given regular treatment.
