Can you test yourself for stomach bugs?

Tummy bugs can be self-tested and can be categorized into children and adult self-testing methods according to different groups of people.
1. Children:
(1) Paroxysmal abdominal pain, especially around the umbilicus, like to be rubbed and pressed, and live a normal life when there is no pain.
(2) Easily awakened from sleep at night, with grinding of teeth and intolerable perianal itching. Small white threadworms, i.e. pinworms, may be found from the perianal region at night.
(3) Whiteish, roundish or oval-shaped worm spots appear on the face.
(4) Frequent recurrence of urticaria on the skin without apparent cause.
(5) Prone to loss of appetite, xenophagia, and partiality. For example, often eat hair, plastic bags and other inedible things.
(6) Symptoms such as growth retardation and anemia due to malnutrition. For example, short stature, thinness, waxy skin, fond of gnawing nails.
3. Adults: You can determine whether there are worms in the stomach by observing whether there are eggs, adult worms and parasite fragments in the feces. You can also observe whether there are signs of malnutrition such as loss of appetite, irregular abdominal pain, and unexplained weight loss during the day to determine whether there are worms in the stomach.
The presence of worms in the stomach can be self-tested, and it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner to clarify the cause of the disease and then actively treat it under the guidance of the doctor.
