Which adriamycin works well for chemotherapy in children

Children’s chemotherapy is generally better with liposomal adriamycin, because this chemotherapy drug is not only more effective, and its adverse reactions are significantly lighter than other adriamycin. Adriamycin belongs to the antibiotic class of antitumor drugs, clinically belongs to the anthracycline class of chemotherapeutic drugs, clinically commonly used are adriamycin, epimedicine, pyrimethamine adriamycin, liposomal adriamycin and so on, and this kind of drug is widely used in the treatment of many kinds of children’s malignant tumors, for example, leukemia, malignant lymphoma or osteosarcoma of children, and so on. The common adverse effects of anthracycline chemotherapeutic drugs represented by adriamycin include cardiotoxicity, myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions, alopecia, and so on, among which cardiotoxicity often restricts the clinical use of the drug, whereas liposomal adriamycin has the least adverse cardiac effects, and therefore is recommended to be used in pediatric patients. Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not blindly use drugs, regular review during the use of medication, if there is any discomfort in a timely manner, so as not to delay the condition.
