Can a marriage test detect an abortion?

Usually, it is not possible to check whether you have had an abortion when you take a marriage test.
The premarital examination is mainly to check the physical health of both men and women and whether they can conceive a healthy baby after marriage, and the examination is important for eugenics.
Doctors will ask for information about past history, family history of genetic diseases, marriage and abortion history. The premarital examination does not check whether there has been an abortion or not. If there is an abortion or drug abortion during early pregnancy, the marriage examination will not be able to detect it.
The main purpose of the marriage test is to check whether the man and the woman have any family hereditary diseases, serious mental diseases, and infectious diseases that affect the fetus.
The examination of secondary sex characteristics and reproductive organs mainly observes the development of the vulva and the distribution of pubic hair, the development of labia majora and minora and the clitoris, and examines the size of the uterus, the condition of the bilateral adnexa, the presence of masses, pressure and pain, as well as whether there is a vaginal septum and so on. If a vaginal examination is required, the consent of the examinee must be obtained.
For men, the focus is on checking the development of the genital organs for any abnormalities or lumps, as well as the presence of hypospadias, varicose veins, and so on.
If in doubt, it is advisable to consult a medical professional.
