The filling process of deep caries is as follows: remove the carious tissues, calcium hydroxide, zinc oxide, zinc clove oil adhesive powder, zinc phosphate adhesive powder, etc., and then composite resins or glass ionomer materials such as filling; if there is softened dentin at the bottom of the cavity, it can be considered to fill temporarily, and when there is restorative dentin formation in 3 months, the softened dentin at the bottom of the cavity can be removed again and then a permanent restoration can be made. 3. In addition, for those suspected of having pulp exposure, calcium hydroxide, zinc oxide and clove oil can be used for appeasement treatment first, and then retain the bottom layer after 1 to 2 weeks without pain and other adverse reactions, and then fill the cushion bottom, and if it causes pulpitis, root canal treatment is required.
