If there is constant vaginal bleeding and menstruation does not stop, it is necessary to investigate the possibility of pregnancy-related diseases, and to consider whether there is the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, in which case HCG and ultrasonography should be carried out to preliminarily exclude or clarify the possibility of pregnancy-related diseases. If menstruation still does not stop after pregnancy-related diseases have been ruled out, hysteroscopy should be performed to find out whether there are any abnormal growths in the uterine cavity, and endometrial scraping should be performed, and appropriate treatments should be given according to the pathologic results of the scraping. Ovarian cysts should also be monitored regularly, and ultrasound should be performed once every 1-2 months, as well as serum tumor markers for follow-up monitoring.
