Exercises to increase resistance and immunity

Where physical fitness permits, most exercises, such as running, swimming and jumping rope, can serve the purpose of strengthening resistance and immunity.
In daily life, running, jumping rope, swimming and other forms of exercise can be used to promote the body’s metabolism and enhance resistance and immunity. If the patient’s weight base is too large, or if he or she has underlying diseases such as diabetes or high blood pressure, he or she can choose more moderate exercises, such as tai chi and walking.
However, it should be noted that any exercise needs to be gradual, and should not be strenuous within a short period of time to prevent damage to the organism. If you have difficulty in breathing and pain in the organism after or during exercise, you should temporarily stop exercising or reduce the amount of exercise. If the situation is serious, it is recommended to go to the hospital and have a professional doctor to deal with it.
