Do not have intercourse after menstruation, see the clinic on the 2nd-3rd day after menstruation, have normal results of the routine white belt test (the results can be seen immediately), have a body temperature <37.5 degrees Celsius, have no cold or respiratory disease, and have no recent symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, then you can open an application form to make an appointment for a hysterosalpingogram. < span="">Flu and respiratory illness, no recent lower abdominal pain, etc., means that you can make an appointment for hysterosalpingography with a request form. <--> 2. HSG is usually scheduled on the 3rd-7th day after menstruation (before ovulation). 3. The HSG procedure usually takes about 5 minutes and is painless, with only a slight feeling of abdominal distension, back pain and fever. Therefore, no anesthetic injection is needed either. 4. Precautions after HSG: (1) Prohibit intercourse and tub bathing for 2 weeks after surgery. (2) Take oral antibiotics for 3-5 days. (3) There may be a small amount of vaginal bleeding after surgery, usually not more than the amount of menstruation, for no more than 7 days. (4). Pick up the report from the self-service printer at the outpatient radiology department after 1 working day. Before the visit, you can call the consultation number: West Hospital Area (Dongcheng District Riding River Building, consultation number 010-52277602), in the radiology department room 249 on the 2nd floor of the outpatient clinic. (5) The fastest – after hysterosalpingography, if the fallopian tubes show patency, you can try for pregnancy in the next menstrual cycle. (6). If you find that you are successful in trying to conceive (trying to conceive during ovulation increases the success rate of conception), you should go to the hospital as early as possible to check to rule out ectopic pregnancy. In case of ectopic pregnancy, the earlier it is found, the better the treatment effect will be and the impact of ectopic pregnancy on the fallopian tubes will be minimized. (7) Bilateral tubal patency is only one part of successful pregnancy. If there are irregular menstruation, poor ovulation, endocrine problems, poor sperm quality or other problems, you need to see the appropriate gynecological clinic or endocrine clinic, etc.
