Typical early stage of breast cancer has the following characteristics: (1) The first symptom is mostly a single nodule. (2) The nodule is hard, with nodular feeling on the surface and irregular border, most of them are painless, and a few cases have localized pinprick-like pain. (3) In the early stage, although there is adhesion with deep breast tissue, there is a certain degree of mobility and less activity. (4) Some cases have nipple overflow, especially bloody overflow; sometimes nipple overflow is the first symptom.
