What to do about the pain in the lower right side of the back

The lower right side of the back is usually targeted to the gallbladder and liver region, and pain will occur in this location when gallbladder and liver disease is present, which needs to be determined by ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas. If cholecystitis or gallstones are present, conservative treatment with antibiotics can be administered to relieve symptoms. If the symptoms are more pronounced or the gallbladder is suspected to be perforated, surgical treatment may be used to remove the gallbladder. This symptom may also be a liver disease. There may be liver cancer, liver abscess, cyst, liver hemangioma and other diseases in the liver, and the diagnosis needs to be determined by appropriate liver angiography or intensive CT. Once malignant tumors appear in the liver, they need to be removed surgically and promptly to avoid distal organ metastasis.
