It is not uncommon for the intestine to become knotted in the abdominal cavity. It is easy to develop intestinal obstruction, that is, intestinal obstruction due to slow peristalsis, dry fecal masses, or abdominal pain due to intussusception, or even blood in the stool or bloody stools. In most cases, clean enemas, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid supplementation, and prevention of water and electrolyte disorders are needed. At the same time, local hot compresses are given and more attention is paid to rest. If the above treatments such as gastrointestinal decompression are not relieved, gastroscopy or colonoscopy should be actively given, and if necessary, surgical treatment is needed to solve the clinical symptoms caused by intestinal obstruction. The most critical thing is to observe the changes of vital signs. If there are changes of vital signs, electrolyte disorders or poor nutritional and mental status, active hospitalization is needed for observation.
