How to treat cerebral infarction when detected early

Early detection of cerebral infarction can be considered for thrombolysis if the patient has an onset time of less than 6 hours, has no contraindications to thrombolysis, and meets the following criteria. For example, age 18-80 years, signs of cerebral deficit persist for more than 1 hour and are severe. Intracranial hemorrhage has been ruled out on brain CT, and there are no large infarct imaging changes, and the patient and family have signed an informed consent form. If the patient’s onset time is within 4.5 hours, alteplase thrombolysis can be considered; if the patient’s onset time is between 4.5 or 6 hours, urokinase thrombolysis should be considered; if the patient exceeds the time window for thrombolysis, antiplatelet aggregation, fibrin reduction, neuroprotection as well as butylphthalide should be given as early as possible, and if necessary, dilation can be given and so on.
