(8) Abnormal endometrial function, there are the following three types: (1) endometrial atrophy: after exclusion of organic pathology, it can be treated with artificial cycle. ② Endometrial hyperplasia: the treatment is mainly to promote the induction of ovulation. ③ secretory endometrial insufficiency: systemic metabolic diseases, malnutrition, anemia, mental stress and other factors should be ruled out first, and hormone compensation and luteal function stimulation can be used for treatment. Finally: for patients with simple progesterone insufficiency, the appropriate amount of progesterone can be given in the luteal phase to compensate for the treatment.
