What’s wrong with babies who fart a lot and cry

Babies fart a lot, crying may be indigestion, acute gastroenteritis and other causes.
1. Indigestion: it is a clinical syndrome that mainly manifests itself as postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric distension, belching (burping), loss of appetite and other symptoms, which babies can only show in the form of crying because they cannot express them.
In addition, due to the decline in gastrointestinal power, food in the gastrointestinal tract can not be fully digested, absorbed, and produce too much gas, resulting in increased farting. Thus, the baby farts a lot and cries.
2. Acute gastroenteritis: If the baby eats unclean food, it can cause acute gastroenteritis, which can also lead to farting and crying, usually accompanied by fever, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms.
There are many other causes of babies farting and crying, which should be taken seriously, timely consultation, and further treatment or therapy as prescribed by the doctor.
