Thus, the decreasing effect is sustained, but the insufficient secretion of insulin in the body tends to make it difficult to use the glucose converted during some stimulation, and from this perspective, the glucose in the body still tends to rise. Therefore, gastric diversion surgery is helpful in treating diabetes, but there is still a risk of increased glucose, and it is not able to cure diabetes completely.
