Can a back flash heal itself?

Flashback, or acute lumbar sprain, can heal on its own depending on the patient’s specific condition. If the symptoms are mild, the patient can heal himself after bed rest. Severe symptoms are not self-healing. Lumbar sprain is more common in life and is often triggered by an inadvertent action or a very slight movement, such as coughing, sneezing or sitting up. After the injury, there will be lumbar pain and limited movement, unable to walk, and in severe cases, there may be pain in the lower limbs. Most patients with lumbar sprains can usually heal themselves after timely bed rest, paying attention to lumbar warmth, and avoiding coughing, sneezing and other actions that increase abdominal pressure. However, it should be noted that very few flashing back movements can induce diseases such as lumbar disc herniation, and patients need corresponding symptomatic treatment, such as oral NSAIDs for pain relief, acupuncture, etc., and bed rest, in order to be cured. During the treatment period, patients need sufficient bed rest, intake of adequate nutrition and maintain a good state of mind.
