Eating cinnamon sticks generally does not raise blood pressure; cinnamon sticks do not have the effect of raising blood pressure. This product is pungent and warm, easy to injure the yin and move the blood, where the external heat disease, yin deficiency and fire (deficiency of yin and essence in the body, the emergence of hyperactive fire), blood heat and paranoia (heat caused by blood abnormalities out) and other certificates, should be contraindicated.
