Can bloodletting at the four suture points treat eczema?

Bloodletting at the Four Stitches point does not treat eczema.
The four suture points are a combination of four points on the palm surface of the second, third, fourth and fifth fingers, and the midpoint of the proximal phalangeal line. It is located on the palmar surface of the second, third, fourth and fifth fingers, at the midpoint of the transverse lines of the proximal phalanges. It has the functions of strengthening the spleen and promoting qi, activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, and regulating the balance of yin and yang.
Acupuncture of the four suture points is mainly used for treating stomachache, abdominal pain, indigestion, pediatric chancre (a chronic disease of children manifested by emaciation, abnormal diet, abdominal distension, thinning and yellowing of hair, etc.), fever, epiglottic sensation, menstrual disorders and other illnesses. It is not used in the treatment of eczema.
Treatment of eczema mainly relies on internal and external medications. Eczema is categorized into Damp-Heat syndrome, Spleen Deficiency and Dampness, and Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness according to the symptoms.
Dampness-heat syndrome patients can take gentian diarrhea liver soup with dioscorea villosa to clear heat and promote dampness to relieve itching; spleen deficiency dampness syndrome can take ginseng ling baijutsu san plus white fresh skin, dictyostelium, etc. to strengthen the spleen and seep dampness to relieve itching; blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome can take angelica to nourish the blood and moisten the skin to dispel wind to relieve itching (through the expulsion of the wind that invades the surface to relieve the itching).
