Four Spirits Tea has the effect of benefiting qi and tonifying deficiency, clearing heat and removing toxins, and is mainly used in treating cerebral gangrene, dorsal carbuncle, inflammation and swelling of toxicity, and weakness and fatigue of the body and the spirit (dysphoria).
This formula, formerly known as Si Shen Tang, also known as Gui Qi Drink, is composed of four traditional Chinese medicines, namely, Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Honeysuckle and Glycyrrhiza glabra. It has the effects of benefiting qi, replenishing deficiency, clearing heat and removing toxins. It is mainly used in treating cerebral gangrene, dorsal carbuncle, inflammation and swelling of toxicity, and physical and mental fatigue; and anal abscess in people with physically weak body, which cannot be cured for a long time. Contraindications, precautions and adverse reactions are not clear.
Among them, Angelica sinensis invigorates blood and replenishes blood; Astragalus supports pus and detoxification, replenishes qi, replenishes blood and generates fluid; Honeysuckle clears heat and removes toxins; Glycyrrhiza glabra clears heat and removes toxins and harmonizes all medicines (harmonizes the properties of different traditional Chinese medicines). If the body is strengthened and the qi and blood are vigorous, the carbuncle sore can be cured by itself.
