Can minimally invasive surgery preserve breast?

Patient A came to the clinic several times and asked each time if a 3cm tumor could be minimally invasive surgery. It is not suitable. Patient B came to the clinic with a large, scattered microcalcifications in her breast, in her 50s, asking if it was cancer and why she could not have breast-conserving surgery. She asked why she could not have breast-conserving surgery? It looks like cancer but needs pathological confirmation, breast-conserving surgery is not suitable. In fact, what you can do as an oncology surgeon is to preserve the appearance as much as possible while ensuring that the tumor is clean. Sadly, many patients don’t understand and think that minimally invasive and breast-conserving is all. The fundamental purpose of oncology surgery and plastic surgery is different.
