Why is septal cartilage not recommended for rhinoplasty?

There are many rhinoplasty materials: silicone, tumescent, autologous cartilage tissue, etc. Many beauty loving babies know that autologous cartilage rhinoplasty has more advantages and is safer, but when choosing rhinoplasty, you will find that doctors do not recommend that seekers use not a septal cartilage rhinoplasty, what is the reason for this? 1.The surgery of taking out the septal cartilage is not complicated, and it is much more convenient than taking out the ear cartilage to remove the cartilage and then transplant it for filling during the rhinoplasty process, but the septal cartilage of Asian people is not developed enough, and after taking it out, it will weaken the supporting power of the nasal columella. 2, after the removal of septal cartilage is likely to lead to more complications, septal cartilage is like the middle layer of the 3+2 sandwich cookie, once the nasal mucosa is broken or hematoma, it is likely to cause postoperative contracture of the septum, which is very serious. 3. Substitutability. Nasal septal cartilage is not irreplaceable as a material to fill the tip of the nose, ear cartilage, L-shaped prosthesis, rib cartilage, etc. can be filled, in my opinion, since it is replaceable, there is no need to take the risk to take septal cartilage to do the surgery. So most doctors do not recommend septal cartilage for rhinoplasty.
