What is the meaning of two lung cords foci

The two lung foci are often seen on chest radiographs or lung CT reports. If the foci are described on lung CT, they are generally not a big problem and are the scar left after treatment for pneumonia or tuberculosis and the lesions are absorbed. If it is accompanied by calcified foci, it is an old lesion left behind after regular anti-TB treatment for TB, which is a manifestation of healed TB. In some patients, the pneumonia is not completely absorbed and fibrous foci are left behind. If it is a chest X-ray report, it is better to do a lung CT to verify the foci of cords in both lungs, because the images of chest X-ray may hide other lesions and are not accurate enough, so further examination is needed to clarify.
