What foods should not be eaten by pregnant women with coughs

Currently available guidelines and literature do not specify foods that should not be eaten in pregnant women with coughs; pregnant women with coughs should still be seen in a regular hospital. Dietary advice is to eat less or no spicy, over-stimulating foods and foods to which the organism is allergic, such as:
1. spicy stimulating foods: such as white wine, pepper, chili peppers and so on.
2. Oily foods: for example, fatty meat, doughnuts, sesame flowers, etc.
3. Foods that the organism is allergic to: pregnant women who are allergic to factors that cause coughing, avoid eating again, so as not to aggravate the cough.
Pregnant women who cough try to eat a light diet, moderate amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat and so on. Pregnant women cough, to actively go to the hospital, follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, so as not to aggravate the condition.
