Whether or not you can drink milk if you have an allergy on your face depends largely on the triggering factor for the patient to develop the allergy. If the allergy is caused by eating protein-based foods, milk should be avoided, but if the allergy is caused by other factors, such as ultraviolet light allergy or contact allergy, milk can be drunk, as long as the patient is not allergic to milk. If the allergy appears on the face, forming obvious inflammatory exudation and erythema, it is mainly eliminated by anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory treatment, such as topical application of tacrolimus cream or hydrocortisone butyrate cream, together with oral loratadine and other treatments.
