There is no such thing as the best combination for Laptopus. Laptop is often combined with Shenqu, Hanxia and Suzi; contraindications include not using with ginseng, and caution for those with Qi deficiency. Laptop seed can eliminate food stagnation and stagnant food, move stagnation and remove flatulence. It is often combined with Liuxinqu, hawthorn and malt, etc., to help eliminate food; and with half-summer and Chenpi, etc., to increase its function of lowering the rebelliousness and harmonizing the stomach. This product has the effect of lowering qi and resolving phlegm, and is often used in combination with white mustard seed and suzi. 2. Contraindication: This product is pungent and exhausting, so it should be used with caution for those who have deficiency of qi, and those who do not have food stagnation (indigestion of food and its accumulation in the stomach) or phlegm stagnation. It should not be used with ginseng. Adverse effects are not known.
