This is because, they are apparently distracting themselves, in fact, their attention is still focused on sleep, overly trying to get their sleep through these methods, and once they can’t sleep, anxiety, will get heavier and heavier.  So I conclude to this insomniac by saying, to cure your insomnia, it is better to go and read well, and try to improve yourself by reading, rather than cure your insomnia by reading.
