Being able to exercise after ovulation.
Women usually ovulate 14 days before the next menstrual period, when the follicle matures, ruptures automatically and the egg is discharged. This is a normal physiological situation, and if a woman has no obvious discomfort symptoms, she can exercise appropriately, and it generally will not adversely affect her body.
A few women may experience abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms during ovulation due to the rupture of the follicle and the outflow of follicular fluid, which stimulates the pelvic floor tissues, coupled with fluctuating hormone levels during ovulation and irregular shedding of the uterine lining. However, the symptoms are generally mild. If the discomfort is obvious, rest and wait for the symptoms to subside before exercising.
