Testicular microlithiasis is associated with male disorders that can be caused by or related to male infertility, atrophic testes, testicular dysplasia, testicular tumours and other male disorders. Simple testicular microlithiasis usually does not require treatment, but should be monitored by ultrasound to ensure that it has not progressed to other abnormalities such as tumours. If accompanied by other male conditions, symptomatic treatment is an option.
