The Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the dosage of Sinensis decoction is 1~3g, and the dosage of bulk is 0.5~1g each time, but the dosage of medicine for treating migraine needs to be decided according to the severity of the patient’s condition and the relevant compounding of the medicine, so it is impossible to make a generalization, so there is no such thing as the maximum dosage.
Hoshin is the dried roots and rhizomes of Aristolochiaceae plant Bei Hoshin, Seoul Hoshin or Hua Hoshin. It is pungent in flavor and warm in nature. Attributes to the heart, lung and kidney meridians. It can detoxify and disperse cold (removing cold from the muscular surface), dispel wind and relieve pain, clear the orifices, warm the lungs and dissolve fluid (promoting the flow of stagnant fluid by warming the lungs).
It can be used for wind-cold cold, headache, toothache, nasal congestion, nasal congestion, nasal congestion, nasal abyss (mainly manifested as filthy nasal mucus, the amount of which cannot be wiped away), rheumatic paralysis, phlegm (a pathological product formed by the impaired metabolism of water and fluid), wheezing and coughing.
Fine Xin is used with Duhuo and Chuanxiong to treat Shaoyin headache; it is often used with Chuanxiong, Angelica dahurica, and Qiangwu to treat exogenous wind, and migraine; and with Chuanxiong, Ephedra, and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae to treat pain as if it were a breakthrough.
