The Ramanella virus is not the Black Death. Ramanella virus may be Ebola virus, which is a virulent and infectious disease. After infection, it can cause Ebola hemorrhagic fever, which leads to damage to multiple systemic organs throughout the body, and the patient develops extensive hemorrhage, and eventually the patient dies of a severe hemorrhagic disease. The hemorrhage is followed by stained blood in multiple areas of the body and can resemble a black plague-like presentation. Black Death refers to the septicemic type of plague, which is the most dangerous type of plague and the disease progresses very rapidly. Patients mainly manifest chills, high fever, confusion, delirium or coma, and then infectious shock, the disease progresses rapidly, often within 1-3 days of death, because of extensive skin hemorrhage, petechiae, cyanosis, necrosis, the patient’s body after death is purple-black, commonly known as the Black Death. The two are different diseases, only certain clinical manifestations have some similarity.
