Novel coronavirus infection can be differentially diagnosed by blood test, nucleic acid test, chest CT examination, etc. Some patients may have shortness of breath, dyspnea, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and other respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms. The incubation period is 2-14 days, and mild patients can mostly resolve on their own. Early on, white blood cells are normal or reduced, CRP and sedimentation are increased; pharyngeal swabs and sputum are positive for nucleic acid; CT chest shows patchy shadow and interstitial changes, and in severe cases, solid lung changes may occur.
