Focal strong points are normal in 99% of cases, and it is recommended that noninvasive DNA be perfected during pregnancy, and that the fetus does not need to be retested after birth. Simple ventricular focal strong echoes are a common soft indicator on ultrasound, are not cardiac malformations, and generally have no clinical significance. Its occurrence may be related to intraventricular tendon thickening, papillary calcification or intra-papillary coronary ischemia, except for 1% which may be related to fetal chromosomal abnormality. It is recommended to improve the non-invasive DNA, and if there is no abnormality, there is no need to improve the other tests after birth.
