After breast cancer surgery, systemic chemotherapy should be done, and systemic chemotherapy is usually 8 courses of treatment, after which a comprehensive review should be done every 3 months. The review should be done with breast ultrasound, lymph node regional ultrasound, lung CT, abdominal ultrasound or abdominal CT, and bone scan. Patients need to have regular bone scans, which can be done once a year, or regularly to more than half a year if bone metastases are found. Regular postoperative review is every 3 months for 1 year. 1 year later no abnormality is found, it can be done once every 6 months, and once a year after 3 years. The above examination is used to find out whether there is metastasis in the lung. It is better not to review the CT of the lung more than 2 times a year because CT can also produce radiation, and the examination of chest X-ray can be interspersed in the middle to reduce the X-ray exposure.
