Clinical evaluation: 1. 1-2 years after surgery or after the end of adjuvant therapy, review every 3 months. In the 3rd-4th years, review every 6 months; after 5 years, review annually. 2. Endocrine drug therapy patients: Patients with an intact uterus are evaluated gynecologically every 6 months, paying special attention to any abnormal vaginal bleeding. Pay attention to check for signs of thromboembolism, for example, regular eye examinations to determine the presence of visual impairment. Routine ancillary tests: 1. Laboratory tests: routine blood, blood biochemistry, tumor markers. Imaging: ultrasound (breast + axilla + double supraclavicular lymph nodes + abdomen), chest X-ray (to detect lung metastasis), mammogram every 12 months. Gynecologic ultrasound (to check endometrial thickness) every 6 months for patients on endocrine therapy. 3. Other examinations: According to the symptoms of patients, we will give corresponding auxiliary examinations, such as CT or MR of chest and abdomen, PET-CT, cardiac function, bone scan and other auxiliary examinations regularly or as needed.
