Can Vitamin B12 Treat Vulvar Leukoplakia?

Vulvar leukoplakia generally refers to white lesions of the vulva, and vitamin 12 mostly refers to vitamin B12.Vitamin B12 does not treat white lesions of the vulva. Vitamin B12 is indicated for megaloblastic anemia, subacute combined degenerative neurological lesions, and generally does not treat vulvar leukoplakia. For patients for whom conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical excision is recommended to help alleviate the disease. Vitamin B12 is generally unable to treat vulvar leukoplakia, it is recommended that patients go to a regular hospital, cooperate with the doctor for standardized treatment, avoid unauthorized use of drugs.
