Uterine morphology disorders indicate that the uterus has changed in shape and is very different from a normal uterus. Usually, a normal uterus has a regular shape with clear borders and a more uniform echogenicity. An abnormal uterine morphology indicates an irregular shape, uneven inside, and no obvious border. Most of this condition is considered to have the presence of abnormalities, such as myometrium, uterine fibroids, uterine fibroids and inflammation of the uterine body, genital tuberculosis, uterine polyps, uterine adhesions, endometrial adhesions, as well as abnormal uterine development, uterine malformations, uterine tumors, and many other factors that can show uterine morphology derangement on ultrasound. When uterine morphology is abnormal, it needs to be combined with relevant medical history and other relevant examinations, such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and routine gynecological examination, to make a clear diagnosis and check what causes uterine morphology abnormalities, and then consider targeted symptomatic treatment.
