Multiple small nodular shadows in both lobes of the lungs are nodular dense shadows smaller than one centimeter that can be seen on both sides of the lungs when a chest X-ray or chest CT is taken. Multiple small nodular shadows in both lungs are mostly seen in diseases such as inflammation, tuberculosis, and tumors. If the patient does not have cough, sputum, chest pain, fever and other symptoms, the patient can be clinically observed for 3-6 months, and then the chest CT can be reviewed. If necessary, surgical thoracoscopic biopsy should be performed to further clarify the diagnosis.
