If unopened, insulin needs to be kept in the refrigerator; if already used, it can be stored at room temperature.
Insulin is a protein and should not be kept in an environment that is too hot or too cold, as this may cause denaturation of the protein. Generally, it is recommended to store unused insulin glucagon in the refrigerator at 2~8℃, and remember not to place insulin glucagon in the freezer; if insulin glucagon has been opened, it is recommended to store it at room temperature below 30℃, but it should be placed in a cool place.
Note: Glycine insulin should be stored according to the above conditions, so as to avoid improper storage resulting in loss of efficacy and affecting the therapeutic effect.
