Transaminase 600 and bilirubin 74 are higher than normal values, and may be related to viral hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune hepatitis, cholangitis, choledocholithiasis, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma and other diseases. Generally, drug or surgery is the main treatment. 1. Virus, alcohol, drug-induced liver function damage, as well as autoimmune hepatitis can lead to elevated aminotransferases and bilirubin, and patients with autoimmune hepatitis can be treated with glucocorticosteroids, such as prednisone, methylprednisolone, and so on. For patients with viral, alcohol and drug-induced liver injury, antiviral therapy, such as entecavir, should be carried out, but also quit drinking, stop using drugs that are bad for the liver. 2. Obstructive jaundice, cholangitis and other factors, which cause poor bile excretion, thus causing elevated aminotransferases and bilirubin, usually need to be treated by surgery. 3. Hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma can also cause elevated transaminases and bilirubin, which are mainly treated by surgery. All of the above medications should be used under doctor’s supervision. If there are symptoms of elevated aminotransferases and bilirubin, it is recommended to consult a doctor as soon as possible for treatment under doctor’s supervision.
