Fengchi point belongs to the foot Shaoyang bile meridian, and can be used to treat illnesses caused by internal wind (wind evil caused by abnormal functioning of the internal organs) such as stroke, epilepsy, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, deafness, etc.; and illnesses caused by external wind (wind evil felt outside of nature) such as colds, nasal congestion, redness and pain in the eyes and crookedness in the mouth and eyes.
