How to take care of your teeth

Dental care can be categorized into personal care and doctor-assisted care. Personal care includes daily brushing and dental hygiene, while doctor care includes dental review and cleaning. 1. Personal care: Personal care is mainly to keep the oral hygiene clean by oneself, brushing teeth effectively in the morning and evening, such as Pasteur brushing method, brushing teeth for 3 to 5 minutes each time, rinsing the mouth after meals, and utilizing dental floss or flossing sticks to clean the gaps between teeth. 2. Doctor-assisted care: Check your dental health in the hospital every 3 to 6 months, clean your teeth 1 to 2 times a year, check your oral cavity, and fill in any decayed teeth in a timely manner. Dental care is a long-term process that requires the participation and cooperation of both yourself and your doctor.
