Early symptoms of liver cancer are not obvious and may include abdominal distension, right upper abdomen pain, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. Early stage liver cancer patients may have abdominal symptoms, abdominal discomfort caused by enlarged liver, distension or hidden pain in the right upper abdomen in typical patients, weakened ability of liver to secrete bile, which may cause dyspepsia accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, anorexia and other symptoms. Besides abdominal symptoms, patients with early liver cancer may also have fever, fatigue, yellow color of skin or sclera, and the enlarged liver can be touched during examination. As early liver cancer is small, some patients may not have obvious symptoms and most of them are found during physical examination. After diagnosis, radical treatment needs to be carried out in time to avoid deterioration of the condition which may jeopardize the life. Patients diagnosed with liver cancer need to seek medical treatment in time.
