The basic techniques of Tui Na massage include pushing, rubbing, 㨰, holding, shaking and kneading. 1. Push method: use fingers, palm or elbow to focus on a certain part or, make a single direction of the straight line to promote the movement. 2. Rubbing: Use fingers and palms to attach to a certain part of the body and make rapid back-and-forth straight-line movements, so that the friction generates heat. 3. 㨰 method: to the back of the hand and the little finger part of the effort, through the rotation of the forearm and wrist flexion and extension of the movement, so that the focus on the part in a certain part of the continuous rolling back and forth. 4. Holding: Use the thumb and other fingers to lift and pinch or knead the skin with relative force. 5. Rocking: passive circular movement of the joints. 6. Kneading: use the palm of the big fish or palm root and other parts of the effort, suction on the surface of the body, driving the skin, subcutaneous tissue together to do a gentle and slow circular movement.
