How to feel cold with fever

When a patient has cold or feverish sensations, it is important to keep warm and also to improve the temperature check. If the patient’s body temperature exceeds 38.5℃, antipyretic drugs such as loxoprofen sodium, ibuprofen suspension, acetaminophen tablets, etc. may be used. If the patient’s body temperature is lower than 38.5℃, physical cooling methods can be given. When the patient has fever, he/she should actively seek medical attention, improve relevant examinations, clarify the disease causing the fever, and make appropriate treatment. If the patient has fever due to acute appendicitis or acute cholecystitis, surgical treatment can be considered. If the fever is due to a respiratory-related disease such as pneumonia, further tests should be performed to evaluate the possible infection and provide targeted treatment.
