Hawthorn Pills Indications and Effects

Hawthorn Pill is a proprietary Chinese medicine for invigorating the stomach and eliminating food stagnation. It is used in treating food stagnation (stagnation of food in the stomach due to indigestion), meat stagnation, stagnation without dissolution, bloating (stomach distension and discomfort), abdominal distension, and reduction of diet. Specific use of the medicine should be based on the identification of the symptoms, and it is recommended to consult a professional physician or pharmacist. Hawthorn Pill contains hawthorn, which is sour, sweet and slightly warm, good at eliminating food stagnation (digesting stagnant food), promoting circulation of Qi and dispersing blood stasis, and is mostly used to treat stagnation caused by overeating of sweet and sweet food or overeating and stagnation of food and drink, with symptoms such as fullness in the epigastrium (abdomen), dullness (lack of appetite, decreased food intake) anorexia, regurgitation of stomach and swallowing acid (swallowing acid in the stomach that goes up to the mouth and pharynx), and so on.
