Anemia does not exist the so-called “most effective” approach to replenish blood, common anemia for iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, etc., corresponding to the replenishment of blood methods such as taking iron supplements, supplemental folic acid and/or vitamin B ₁ ₂, blood transfusion, control of bleeding and so on.
1. Iron deficiency anemia: it is the most common type of anemia, and the commonly used iron supplements are ferrous gluconate, ferrous fumarate, ferrous dextrose, ferrous succinate and so on.
2. Megaloblastic anemia: the deficiency of folic acid and/or vitamin B₁₂ leads to megaloblastic anemia, the treatment should be supplemented with folic acid and/or vitamin B₁₂ to improve the symptoms of anemia, in addition to finding the reasons for the deficiency of folic acid and/or vitamin B₁₂, and then treating for the reasons.
3. Aplastic anemia: mainly manifested as bone marrow hematopoietic hypoplasia, total blood cell reduction and resulting anemia, bleeding, etc. Blood transfusion, control of bleeding, infection, immunosuppression, pro-hematopoietic treatment, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation if there is a suitable donor and eligible for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
4. Hemolytic anemia: drug-induced hemolytic anemia should be stopped immediately, and autoimmune hemolytic anemia should be treated with glucocorticoid or splenectomy. Symptomatic transfusion of red blood cells and supplementation of hematopoietic raw materials should be provided.
In addition to the anemia mentioned above, anemia due to abnormalities in the hematopoietic system can also be seen. There is no “most effective” way to replenish blood for anemia. If you are diagnosed with anemia, it is recommended that you consult a doctor as soon as possible to find out the cause of the anemia, and then standardize the treatment for the cause of the anemia in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease. The above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor.
