Icariin capsules are not generally used to prevent heat stroke. If you need to prevent heat stroke, it is recommended to protect yourself from the sun or try not to go to hot places.
Patchouli Zhengqi Capsule is composed of Patchouli, Perilla frutescens, Angelica dahurica, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (fried), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Semen Armeniacae, and Pogostemonium Thunb. It is used for headache and weight loss caused by external wind-cold and internal dampness stagnation (the stagnation of dampness in the body caused by too cold diet), chest and diaphragm plagued, epigastric (gastric and abdominal) distension and pain, vomiting and diarrhea.
A light diet is recommended while taking Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Capsule. It is not advisable to take tonic Chinese medicines at the same time. If symptoms do not improve after three days of taking the medicine, or if vomiting and diarrhea become obvious and other serious symptoms occur, you should go to the hospital.
